SBA Resource Partners
SBA partners with various public and private sector individuals and entities to provide a wide range of counseling, training, and business development services. These partners include:

The Small Business Training Network
The Small Business Training Network is an Internet-based learning portal for small businesses. It operates like a virtual campus and offers numerous management and technical assistance courses.

Procurement Center Reps
SBA operates a Procurement Center Representatives (PCR) program to assist small businesses in obtaining Federal contracts.  PCRs are located at various SBA procurement area offices and Federal buying centers around the country. Among other activities, they counsel small firms; provide small business sources to Federal buying activities; and identify, develop, and market small businesses to large prime contractors and assist small businesses in identifying and obtaining subcontracts. Procurement Technical Assistance Centers
Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) are local procurement resources funded by the Department of Defense. They are designed to provide technical assistance to businesses that want to sell products and services to federal, state, and/or local governments. Find the PTAC near you.
