 Alien Verifications

SBA has entered into a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to facilitate the verification of alien status on loan applicants. Under the new process, 7(a) lenders and CDCs can submit their alien verifications to the SLPC for expedited processing. The SLPC will access the USCIS system, and then notify the 7(a) lenders and CDCs of the response. To register for the service please send an e-mail to Sacramento504register@sba.gov or for questions, please contact Karin Mahnke at Karin.Mahnke@sba.gov.
