Theodore Holloman began his association with the Small Business Administration in October 2000 when he entered the District Director Candidate Development Program. After developmental assignments in Headquarters and various district offices, he was graduated and assigned to his current position in July 2002.

Theodore’s past associations with a “Fortune 500” firm, the U.S Coast Guard (retired senior officer), and as an employee of a “Fast 50” 8(a) firm provides him with invaluable insights and experiences that are applicable to his current posting. Additionally, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (accounting) and a Masters in Management.
