Small Businesses Invited to Meet the Lenders at Westminster Mall Loan Fair

Santa Ana, CA - The Santa Ana District Office of the Small Business Administration in partnership with the Asian American Business Women Association and the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Small Business Loan Fair at the Westminster Mall on Thursday, July 26th, 2012 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  The loan fair will take place on the first floor of the mall, next to the J.C. Penney store.

The Small Business Loan Fair will give business owners interested in obtaining financing the opportunity to meet one-on-one with participating SBA lenders.  Potential borrowers will have the opportunity to schedule a formal appointment with a lender if they are deemed ready for a loan.  Attendees are asked to bring copies of their last three years’ financial statements if they are currently in business.  If they have been in business for less than three years they are asked to bring in personal and business tax returns along with a copy of their business plan.

Attendees of the event will be able to make an appointment for counseling at a later date with SBA’s local resource partners: Orange County Small Business Development Center, Orange County SCORE, and the Institute for Women Entrepreneurs. An informational workshop on the topic of obtaining a small business loan will also be presented.

This is a no-cost event.  Please RSVP online by visiting: to pre-register.  For more information, contact Paul Smith by e-mail at or call (714) 560-7448.
