BOSTON - Lee Bank of Lee, Massachusetts has been named SBA’s Lender of the Quarter according to an announcement today by Robert Nelson, SBA Massachusetts District Director.
This award was presented to Lee Bank Senior Vice President Kathy Naventi-Brown by SBA’s Regional Administrator Seth Goodall and Director Nelson at a special event held at the bank’s Lee, MA office in recognition of their excellent SBA activity for the quarter. During the 3rd quarter (April 1 – June 30), the lender had 7 SBA loan approvals, for a total of 13 loan approvals worth $702,000 for fiscal year to date 2013 (October 1 – June 30).
As of June 30, 2013, Lee Bank’s lending activity this year makes them the 20th most active SBA lender in Massachusetts, out of 115 lenders statewide. In western Massachusetts, Lee Bank is the second most active lender for 7a lending and tied for first place in 504 - third party lending. Lee Bank’s lending activity through the 3rd quarter is more than a 500% increase over last fiscal year.
