Shivani Dubey

Since January 2011, Shivani Dubey has been working at the Small Business Administration (SBA) Arizona District Office as the Deputy District Director. Prior to this new role, she has been in the district office as the Associate District Director for Business Development since 2006. In her role in Arizona, she is working to expand the SBA’s business development programs and create awareness of the SBA programs and opportunities available to small businesses.

Prior to the Arizona District Office, Ms. Dubey worked in Washington, DC delivering various e-business solutions for the business community. During her time in Washington, she worked at the Small Business Administration and the White House. In the Executive Office of the President, she served as the Federal government’s Government to Business Portfolio Manager for information technology. In this role she was focused on making government services cheaper, faster, and more efficient for the business community. Ms. Dubey has also worked for the Environmental Protection Agency for three years in Washington, DC.

Ms. Dubey has significant experience in Federal government procurement and information technology policy. She is also a certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional. Ms. Dubey holds a graduate and undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
