The U.S. Small Business Administration recently named Rodney Grzadzieleski district director of the Boise District Office.  Grzadzieleski joined the SBA in 1991, and has served as the deputy district director for the past three years.  He has worked in every SBA district program, resulting in a complete and thorough knowledge of SBA’s structure, programs and procedures.

Grzadzieleski brings a wealth of small business experience to his new position. Before joining the Boise District Office, he was a regional director for the Idaho Small Business Development Center at Boise State University and College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, where he provided counseling and training to the small business community. Grzadzieleski has also owned and operated several small businesses including four grocery stores and one wholesale seafood and meat business. He holds a degree in business from Boise State University.

“Rod Grzadzieleski has served in many capacities in the agency for the last 22 years and we are very pleased to move Rod into the position of district director,” said Regional Administrator Calvin Goings.

Grzadzieleski’s appointment takes effect immediately as he looks forward to supporting entrepreneurship and small business growth throughout the district.
