The Small Business Administration offers a variety of loan programs developed to meet the needs of the small business community.
Loan Chart
The 7(a) program offers loans that are originated, processed and serviced by participating lenders and guaranteed by SBA. There are a variety of loan programs to meet specific purposes such as seasonal needs, dealer floor plan financing and export assistance. Your first point of contact on these loans would be one of our participating lenders.
Participating Lender List
The Microloan program allows the SBA to make funds available to qualified nonprofit organizations which act as intermediary lenders. The intermediaries use these funds to make loans of up to $50,000 to new and existing small busi-nesses. In addition, the intermediaries provide management and technical assistance designed to help ensure success. The intermediaries lend within their service area.

The 504 Certified Development Company Program provides growing businesses with long-term, fixed rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings. The program is designed to enable existing small businesses to create and retain jobs.
