Employed by this Agency since 1965 serving as a loan specialist in each of the processing, servicing and liquidation functions plus served as a management assistance officer. Named Branch Manager in 1975, he had full delegated authority over all areas of the full service office. In 1990 was named District Director of the upgraded Buffalo District with delegated authority and responsibility for all program areas. He continues in that post. A graduate of Canisius College with a degree in Business/Accounting.
