CLEVELAND -- Veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, active military and their spouses interested in entrepreneurship and business growth are invited to attend "Growing Opportunities for Veterans & Aspiring Entrepreneurs". The program will be held on Wednesday, November 16th at Corporate College East in Warrensville Hts., Ohio.
The morning event provides past and present members of the military with an opportunity to lean about benefits available to Veteran entrepreneurs, including U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs, Federal government procurement opportunities and certifications. Representatives from the Veterans Administration and Veterans Representatives from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services will also participate to provide an update regarding all benefits available to Veterans.
"This is an ideal event for veterans and active military personnel interested in starting their own business, expanding an existing business or getting answers on Veteran benefits, " states Gil Goldberg, SBA Cleveland District Director.
The program is being presented by the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, in cooperation with the SBA's Cleveland District Office.
