Affordable Care Act Information

Health care is a top concern for small business owners. Many small employers want to provide coverage to their employees, but can't afford to. In fact, small businesses currently pay as much as 18% more than their larger competitors for the same coverage.

The Affordable Care Act helps small businesses in two critical ways: by providing access and affordable options.

Additionally, the law will lower premium cost growth and provides a number of key benefits for small businesses—including tax credits and the opportunity to leverage their buying power with other small businesses in new health care Affordable Insurance Exchanges, or Marketplaces.
