Julissa Carielo, President of Tejas Premier Building Contractor, Inc. won the District 2012 Small Business Person of the Year. Congratulations!
Julissa began her career in the construction industry about 17 years ago working for an architectural firm, a building manufacturer and eventually for a general contractor. Tejas Premier has continued to grow steadily, even during a down economy; a multi-million dollar construction business.
