ATLANTA –The U.S. Small Business Administration announced today that the SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Magoffin County will close on Thursday, April 12, at noon.  Homeowners, renters and business owners that prefer to meet with an SBA Customer Service Representative one-on-one should visit the Magoffin Center before it closes, or go to the Morgan or Johnson County locations. 

 

The Centers are in operation as follows:

Filing your SBA disaster loan application for losses caused by the severe storms, tornadoes, winds and flooding that occurred between Feb. 29 and March 3, 2012 may be a key step in disaster recovery.  

 

Those unable to visit one of the Centers may apply for disaster loans electronically from SBA’s website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/ or  elect to download SBA’s disaster loan application package from SBA’s website at www.sba.gov.

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is May 7, 2012.  The deadline to return economic injury applications is December 6, 2012.
