Performance, Budget & Planning
To provide transparency, SBA makes available documents critical to effective operation, including the administration’s strategic plan, budget requests, performance plans and recommendations for improvement, and financial reports. This information will give you a thorough understanding of how SBA is working toward its mission to help small business owners succeed in a responsible and focused manner.

The Strategic Plan represents our strategic goals, strategic objectives, and priority goals associated with the agency's mission.
- Program Inventory
The Program Inventory provides a description of thirty two permanent SBA programs. - Congressional Budget Justification/Annual Performance Report
The Congressional Budget Justification/Annual Performance Report reflects the President's Budget request for the agency, and includes agency priorities, requested budget levels and performance plans. - Agency Financial Report
The Agency Financial Report (AFR) provides financial and performance information that enables the President, the Congress, and the public to assess our accomplishments relative to its mission and to demonstrate accountability. - Summary of Performance and Financial Information Reports
The Summary of Performance and Financial Information (SPFI) report summarizes the agency's mission, performance results, and financial highlights for the year. - Verification and Certification Forms
The verification and certification forms provide supporting documentation for all performance indicators that are included in the Agency Financial Reports and Congressional Budget Justification/Annual Performance Reports. - Recovery Act Reports
SBA's Weekly Financial and Activity Reports display the distribution of all Recovery funds and how the recipients are spending those funds. - Loan Program Performance Reports
