Performance and Accountability Reports

Performance and accountability reporting presents performance and financial information on Agency programs and activities for review by the public, Congress, and the President.   These reports measure the Agency's achievements and results against established program goals.  Prior to the FY2007 this information was presented in a separate Performance and Accountability Report (PAR).  The SBA participated in an OMB pilot in fiscal year 2007 under which a summary Highlight document was prepared and detail the financial information was reported in a separate Annual Financial Report and the detailed FY 2007 performance results were reported in the FY2009 Congressional Budget Submission
