SBA POOL CERTIFICATES AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE TERM ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES LENDING FACILITY (TALF)

The Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF) is designed to help market participants meet the credit needs of households and small businesses by supporting the issuance of asset-backed securities (ABS) collateralized by student loans, auto loans, credit card loans, and loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA). This website provides investors, pool assemblers, and TALF loan custodians with information on those SBA securities deemed eligible collateral for purposes of TALF borrowing. The securities consist of SBA guaranteed Pool Certificates and SBA Development Company Participation Certificates issued on or after January 1, 2008. These securities are issued with the full faith and credit of the U.S. government, and with the timely payment of principal and interest. Investors are encouraged to contact their SBA Pool Assembler or the 504 Underwriters for more specific detail on the weighted average life of each issue.
