Non Set-Aside Report
The purpose of this page is to provide a system to alert SBA's Office of Government Contracting when government acquisition offices do not set aside requirements for  small business.

FAR 19.502-2 total set-asides require the following:

  • That each acquisition of supplies or services that has an anticipated dollar value exceeding $2,500, but not over $100,000, be automatically reserved exclusively for small business concerns and be set aside. The contracting officer should have a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more small business concerns that are competitive in terms of market price, quality, and delivery.
  • That the contracting officer set aside any acquisition over $100,000 for small business participation when there is a reasonable expectation that at least two responsible small business concerns will make an offer at a fair market price.
