Non Set-Aside Report

The purpose of this page is to provide a system to alert SBA's Office of Government Contracting when government acquisition offices do not set aside requirements for small business.

FAR 19.502-2 total set-asides require the following:

That each acquisition of supplies or services that has an anticipated dollar value exceeding $2,500, but not over $100,000, be automatically reserved exclusively for small business concerns and be set aside. The contracting officer should have a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more small business concerns that are competitive in terms of market price, quality, and delivery.
That the contracting officer set aside any acquisition over $100,000 for small business participation when there is a reasonable expectation that at least two responsible small business concerns will make an offer at a fair market price.
