The following law journal articles were written in conjunction with a Fordham Urban Law Journal symposium in February 2006 at the Fordham University School of Law in New York City. Among other topics, the symposium noted the 25th anniversary of the Regulatory Flexibility Act. Both articles address the retrospective rule review requirements of Section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
