Many Faces One Dream – LGBT Economic Empowerment Tour

The U.S. Small Business Administration has partnered with the National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC) to launch the 13-City tour “Many Faces One Dream.”  Focusing on economic empowerment, Many Faces One Dream seeks to encourage members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community to pursue entrepreneurship.

During the tour, participants will be grouped into two tracks:

  1. Starting Your Business – This track will provide training on the key elements of a business plan, loans, marketing and SBA’s programs and services.
  2. Taking Your Business to the Next Level – This track is geared toward LGBT firms that are currently in business but want to expand and grow.

Having already left its mark in Detroit and Atlanta, registration is now open for the next stop of the tour in Brooklyn, NY.

Many Faces One Dream ,I really like this words.this seeks to encourage members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community to pursue entrepreneurship. In my opinion,Everyone is equal to another.
Good event to be hosted by SBA, it is important to motivate & give equal opportunities to other section of the society, who sometimes lag behind due to biased rules. Hence it is the time for them to learn the ways of entrepreneurship & do better for their own living.
