2 Senior Women looking for grants

We are two senior women looking to start a postal service in a small local community which is 15 to 25 miles away from any major community area, even the Post Office is a leased business.  We need assistance in obtaining grants.

I agree with Jaime.  You might consider a few small loans or even maxing out your credit cards to establish the business first!   Good Luck!

I am new to this site but, I was wondering, How come when a woman wants to get help or wants to start a business of their own, everyone tells them to go to a friend, charge up your credit cards to the max or some other hair brain idea that if they had all of this they would not need help.   What is this all about?????

Welcome to the community! Finding grants to start a small business is very rare. It would be much easier to obtain financing through a loan. Hmmmmmmm, before getting any grants or investing any money into this idea I would make sure you can get all the proper licences and permits needed to operate as a leased postal service.
