3rd party negotiation agreement

As an employee of abc company, I want to help my client (def company) negotiate their agreement with vendor (ghi company).  Can I structure an agreement with def company to act as an authorized agent of def company, eliminating the need to disclose my true employer to ghi company?

 

Does this make sense??

You might want to check with your state department that handles consumer protection issues. In many states, you are required to disclose any information that might have an impact on the decision to use your services, much like the seller of a home is required to disclose certain known issues that could impact the decision to purchase the home.
