I think you mean get paid under the health insurance plan of the customer/patient, byt the insurer? You can do this in two ways. 1. Call the major insurance companies, and register with them as a Health Care provider, and request to be listed. Of course they may have pre-requsites, and minimum standards, and facility requirements - you may want to check this out. Either it will be an useful excercise callind them, as you will know what their minimum reqs. to qualify an entity as an approved HC provider. Once approved and listed, you can accept payments through their billing procedure, which they will inform you. 2. You can ignore the insurance issue altogether, and ask your customers to pay you in full, and then it's up to the customers to forward your bill to their respective insurers, and get reimbursed. Several such as chiropractors, and dentists do this. Best of luck
