Acquiring a minority company while having a different disabled small business

I want to acquire a women own business and put it in my daughter's name to open us up for additional contract opportunities but I own a veteran disabled small business; can I have my current employees manage the new business or do they have to have separate employees? And if they do can they work at the same sight with my current employees?

I am not sure that I understand your question fully, but it sounds like there are a few conflict of interest issues here. Will your current employees be employed under both businesses?
