Hello everyone!

 

I am a US Citizen and currently living in the States.

And I am planning to open up a firm in overseas and   

act as an agent/representative of an American-based

company.

 

Wondering if anyone knows about a good source that can

give me a start up for my future business.

If you can provide a little more information about your industry and where you plan to operate overseas, we can better target our responses. Please remember that the laws and business information that you find at SBA.gov primarily apply to businesses operating the United States, or US businesses that export. Other nations will have different regulations that you must comply with.
