I'm trying to create a sense of entrepreneurship in our small office. We just brought on a new employee and want him to understand the various facets of running a business. In conjunction with opening him up to this forum, do you recommend any other interactive websites regarding entrepreneurial topics?

Another idea would be to get your employees involved with Professional Organizations in your field. Getting them involved can get them thinking more about your industry and help you grow in return. Does anyone else have ideas for Ken? JimD

Thanks, Jamith. I actually write for Young Entrepreneur which is kind of an honor for someone who owns a smaller business than most of the guest bloggers. I am going to have our new employee, I guess y.e. would be good for him as I am not the only one. Also, I like this blog as well. I'll have him sign up today or tomorrow. I just want to create an atmosphere where nobody is an employee and everybody is learning. I feel responsible for the kid and that is a lot of weight as he is our second employee in 4 months. I just want him to be on the same page and not think like an employee. The guy is too smart not to learn everything possible. Btw...thanks for coming through as not many people answer my inquiries. ya it is very easy to find entrepreneurial topics, just search in google 'entrepreneurial forum' and you will got lot of forums, like one of them is www(dot)youngentrepreneur.com/forum/index.php

Hello Ksundheim, great to know the you like my suggestion, one more tip i want to give you. If you want to search anything like blog, forums, aricle etc of anything you can serach in this way 1) entrepreneurial + 'inurl:blog' 2) entrepreneurial + 'inurl:forum' 3) entrepreneurial + 'inurl:article', so you will get exactly what you want. In place of entrepreneurial you can put any word which you want to search and in place of blog, forum and article, you can put any type which you want.
Also, it's nice to find blogs that are updated. You can use the blog feature in Google with updates within 24hours. The latest ones are better because they are more updated to share.
