I have currently incorporated my business and attempted to apply for my DND
number and come to find out my buddy's business I helped out has my business'
address. What steps can I take to make sure my business' address it only
applied to my business and not his?
Have you contacted your buddy to ask him to file a change of address for his
business with the proper agency in your state? In most instances, it doesn't
matter if two businesses have the same address. Businesses located in
buildings and complexes have the same address and it isn't a problem.
However, since this bothers you, ask your friend to change his address. If he
needs a new one, perhaps he can rent a box at a postal mailing center.
