I am not a U.S. citizen and not living in U.S. I have been thinking of
starting an online reseller business for U.S. customers. I have researched
and have few online wholesellers and suppliers in mind to begin with, also a
team to start designing website and a paypal account for transactions. I
wanted to ask am I being a non U.S. citizen eligible to start an online
business across America?
Am I to be considered a normal entrepreneur, what limitations and obligations
will I have if I can start such a business?
I hope someone can help?

in the U.S. If you ship your products from where you live, you should need to
comply only with the laws in your country. However, if you plan to have a
distribution center in the U.S., then you need to comply with the laws in the
state in which the business is located.
