I have started to repair my friends and their friends cars, and everybody loves how I treat their Vehicles! People are desperate to find a honest and good mechanik!
I realize that I actually could make a living, just beeing my own boss, doing that.
I would like to be a one man opperation and keep it small in that 2 Car Storage/Garage that I rent in a industrial neighberhood.
How can I make this legal? What do I do? I hope it is possible.

Be sure to check with your local zoning department to find out if you can legally operate an auto repair business in the area you are currently working in. You mention spray painting - that is highly regulated by the EPA and your state department of environmental quality. You will have to conform to numerous requirements.
I have a friend who offers mobile mechanic services, going to customer's homes to do oil changes and other maintenance. Perhaps you could do something like that.
