We service garage sale coordination and management with active participation in the actual garage sale location. We run a website for free posting of garage sale events within the country. We would like to expand our operation and additional capital is greatly needed.
Is there a grant/loan available from the government for our kind of business/industry?
No grants - forget about grants - they just don't work that way.
There are many ways to rasie a little capital for your business. But, since you don't say how much you are seeking - it is hard to point you in the right direction.
You might look into peer-to-peer loans or micro loans - if you are seeking amounts under $25K.
For amounts under $7K - you might think about busness or personal credit cards.
Over $25K, there are a few non-bank lenders that could help you - non-bank lenders only focus in cash flow and credit - making it much easier to qualify for as you have to jump through all the bank's hoops.
Also, there are personal loan lenders that might be able to help you for amounts of up to $125K.

The federal government does not offer grants to expand your business, but you may want to look into a loan.
