looking at starting a woodshop shop in, we are forming an s-corp, I have searched up and down for a grant that will work for this however I have found so such luck, but people keep telling me I am eligible, anyone have any news for me? I've visited some of the government websites already but have not seen a real definite answer, thanks

Grants are not generally available to for-profit businesses unless you have invented a new product that is in the national interest. If your business will create jobs, you may qualify for a tax credit, however. Your best bet is to look for a low interest loan.
