I am trying to also buy or building an apartment complex. Does anyone know how to get that started as far as loan goes?
SBA doesn't loan money directly to small business owners; instead, SBA can help facilitate a loan for you with a third party lender, guarantee a bond, or help you find venture capital. Here's what you need to know about SBA's role in the loan process. Check this information out to learn about what you need when considering applying for a loan, including details about credit factors that are taken into consideration.

Hi, you may find this page on housing and real estate helpful. Another great resource is SCORE, one of SBA's resource partners. SCORE is a nonprofit association comprised of thousands of volunteer business counselors throughout the country. They are trained to serve as advisors and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners (at no cost to you). You can find your local office or set up an online meeting to chat with someone about your questions.
