Hi everyone, I am from China and I am in China. I have been doing and in
charge of exporting business with US and European companies for over 6 years.
During my time spent in these 6 years, I found that the language issue -
English Speaking and Understanding was being so much important and getting so
much serious that in many circumstances my people cannot make the business
meetings going on just because they cannot understand what my customers were
saying, neither can they express themselves clearly. I was tired and always
busy in saving those situations. Although I was trying to look for and
recruit new guys coming to my team, things were just not changing much. I had
talked to my friends and some of my customers about this issue and they all
felt the same. Too much time and energy are wasted in the troublesome
communication corners while the business which has taken so long can still
end up achieving nothing. Now I am thinking of establishing a company helping
those who speak English make their purchasing in China less a trouble in term
of English communications. Do you have any bad experience due to the language
problems when you bought something in China? What do you think of my idea?
What do you think could be a better way solving the language issue? Please
offer your suggestions on it. Leave your message here or write me. Thank you
all out there! /This post was edited to remove a link. Please review our

Not sure if they are Chinese though, but I would love to purchase items from
China but I'm too afraid they won't understand my request & since we are so
far, I hate returns,exchanges,etc, I'm sure that's a pain.

exporting something I need in mass quantities. Communication is very
important as it is always critical from an American's standpoint that the
China business can understand what is needed.
I think any bad experiences with businesses in China come from a
misinterpretation of what the American business is looking for. It waste time
and money. I think you should always have someone on staff who is fluent in
english to help with the language barrier.
Can you assist me in finding a manufacturer in China for a product I need to
have made?
