Many in the small business community are familiar with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), a federal agency that enforces laws requiring truthful advertising and prohibiting price fixing, among others. So here's your chance – what question would YOU ask an FTC attorney?
Just thought I'd add to this that Richard Cleland has provide a LOT of clarification of the endorsement and testimonial guidelines in the past month as there was a tremendous amount of confusion among business owners, marketers, and attorneys.
I was hoping to point a link to an FTC section with his recent clarifications but it appears that the best ones are interviews with him on commercial sites instead of on the FTC site itself.

What is the FTC's role in preventing monopolies from forming? Is that something handled by the Justice Department or the FTC?
If the FTC is involved in preventing monopolies from forming and exploiting businesses in the United States, my question regards Google's market dominance. How can a company that controls more than 70% of the search market not be considered a monopoly that should be regulated?
