in your area. Their services are free and they can direct you to someone who
can complete a feasibility study for you. As Loanuniverse mentioned, a
feasibility study is something you would use along with your business plan
when approaching a lender, not something you would seek funding for.

helping you pay for the report? - The feasibility study seems to be something
that one brings to the table as ammunition to get a loan, not as something
that you get a loan for. This is a good use for equity just make sure that
you research your concept well so that you have a good idea of what you want
to build, and the person/firm that you consider hiring to perform the study.
- In fact talk to someone like a SCORE.org mentor so that you can bounce your
idea with him first, and get some guidance.
