I think I wish Id taken a couple of evening businesses courses. it would have
really helped me in the early days in regards to managing accounts and
customer service. The other thing I wished Id done was take some web
development coursed earlier. Being able to make your own site really does go
a long way to cutting down the cost. When I started out with on line
businesses I used to pay 4K + for a site. If like me you run quite a few
businesses it can be a good idea to do a small web development course.
I think in conclusion you never stop learning new thing, but the more
professional training you can get the better, you can never have too much.

I wish I knew a lot more about marketing. We have a great offering but
difficulty building awareness of it, so marketing would have helped a lot
more early on.
