I own and operate an auto glass business by means of mobile,  I live in Ct. all my tax id's, lic#, are Ct registered  Can I perform jobs in NY?

I would contact the NY Secretary of State office - either in person or online and ask abou a foreign company doing business in the state. Foreign meaning not a registared company in the state of NY

Do you do your business online? I don't think you need to register in EVERY state if for example, you sell online. Just the one you reside in.
