The Avatar personalization feature doesn't work quite the way it is described here: http://community2.business.gov/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/personalization#personalization

 

Currently the only optios available are the Lithium default catalog.  What happened to Facebook/From the Web options?

It might be worth retracting the description of how to use an unsupported feature from the 'help' topics.   Just to keep people from scratching heads.   Cheers,   -Jon
