B1 Visa

How do I go about getting a B1 Visa for my 2 web engineers. The Counselor denied them a visa because they meet a certain criteria which is young over 21 but do not have strong ties. However these web engineers are part of my Corporation and part owners of my Company Logo.

 

We have 2 web portals that we need to discuss in our upcoming board meeting. How can I have a successful board meeting without them.

 

I do not understand the government when as a nation we are struggling and we need to create jobs and then we have have government interference saying no you can not be successful.

 

Now I understand why Corporation rather do business overseas because we create too much red tape for our businesses here at home.

A colleague of mine actually did some quick research on the State Dept website http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1262.html#9 and came across the following information that you might find useful: 'In cases of younger applicants who may not have had an opportunity to form many ties, consular officers may look at the applicants specific intentions, family situations, and long-range plans and prospects within his or her country of residence. Each case is examined individually and is accorded every consideration under the law.' 'If the consular officer should find it necessary to deny the issuance of a visitor visa, the applicant may apply again if there is new evidence to overcome the basis for the refusal. For additional information, select Denials to learn more. In the absence of new evidence, consular officers are not obliged to re-examine such cases.' I hope this helps!
