for some real direction! This thread was disappointing until I came to yours.
Now, I feel I want to give a small bit of my advice if you will read on it
too may help you. Please know, I DO understand when one has bad credit issues
it's HARD. However, to over come these issues one must first learn to leave
the emotions out and replace them with good sense and preseverance. Yes, it
does entail hard work and self control; opening of a buisness is a lot of
hard work. Bad credit adds an additional hurdle one must overcome. This can
seem impossible, though, if you really have a desire you must think and act
positive. Also, show you posses professional qualities. You, first must be a
true believer for others to think of believing in you. Know that failure is
only a negative when you quit trying. Keeping a positive and professional
attitude is the first step. Being whinny, B!@*%y, complaining, and/or
threatening, in my opinion, will not open any positive doors. It is my
belief, this site is for individuals looking for advice and help in the ~ key
word here ~ BUSINESS world. With that said, I believe it would be in ones
best interest to conduct and display self in that type of mannerism. I thank
you for reading this post. Though it's not on actual funding, I believe this
information may help in finding the way to gain what is needed for some in
their business endevors. With respect and best wishes, cbc.md

am working very hard on my credit but still can't get a loan even though they
that's what they say I need to boost my credit. I am desperately in need of a
small working capital loan. How do I get a loan to improve both my business
and my credit when I have bad credit??? Kind of a catch 22. Any ideas very
much appreciated.

private lenders like my company that offer existing business owners working
capital loans through various business loan programs. When you suggested that
you were told to boost your credit chances are you applied for traditional
financing, and the economy has made that route difficult to apply.
Although your business is young, if you can demonstrate consistent revenues
you are likely eligible through private financing, but unfortunately there
are not enough specifics to be more precise. I just wanted you to know that
there are business loan options for business owners like yourself.

debt soon enough again. Your best bet is BK and start fresh. I have the same
issues, unemployable, and not qualified for loans. I have a mountain of
student loan debt through the federal government. The ways things are going,
I will be declaring BK, because it will take me decades to pay it off and I
don't have that much time. I did what was expected of me and received an MBA
in great standing. But it took debt to get there. Now I pay the saturated
debt price.
One way to deal with this fast, I am a licensed real estate broker and could
use some operational costs to get back in gear within my industry of
fiduciary representation. This involves fees and insurance to be paid, no
debts. All it takes is 10 good real estate transactions (Again these are
third party not my own real estate, I don't own any) and I have paid off my
student loans. But no one cares, its all a big lie, and only for those lucky
in the system. An immigrant with no talent and no credit has a better chance
of getting funded than I do.
Well then the Federal government will get a whopper when I put over $100,000
into the bankruptcy courts because my credit too is tanked, not because I
don't pay my bills, no because I don't own any real assets, and I am in debt
up to my ears. I have until May to deal with this. Otherwise to BK 7 I go,
and it will be all the SBA's and the banks fault. Tick tock the clock is
running.

I do credit repair and restoration and also credit worthiness counseling for
those trying to fix damaged credit. There are many other things I do but that
gives you an idea.
There is nothing I can do for you that you can't do on your own. (your
probably thinking what I'm an idiot to pick this career lol) I am hired
because people either don't have time, or knowledge of laws, rules, and
regulations. (Which I will inform you of all of these things if we work
together)
There are no monthly costs and no hidden charges. Pricing is discussed and
set based on what can be done for you. Contact me for a free consultation, no
obligation appointment. Weather you decide to hire me or you decide to do it
on your own, the appointment would be beneficial on your part, you will leave
with all the required information on how to help yourself. I look forward to
hearing from you.
