I've just incorporate my LLC company in Delaware for online business. For the purpose of my activity I will need a business bank account (which appears to be the most difficult task) and a mailing address.
My question is whether my bank account and mailing address must be again in Delaware (where the company is registered) or I can choose address in Beaverton, Oregon, for example, or somewhere else, different from Delaware?
Talk to the bank that you are trying to open an account with - they will tell you their policies - we also have the Patriot Act that may stop you from opening an account.
There are also online banks that might be better suited for you - given that you are not here in the US.
Didn't you setup a registered agent in Delware? You had to in order to do start a cross-state LLC. You can use your current address for the bank account, just bring in your certificate of articles of corp and your registered agent information.

Thank you for the reply. But I forgot to mention that I am a non-resident, so I do not have any address in US. That's why I am establishing at the moment and I wonder whether it has to be at the same place where my company and bank account are registered. I received my articles of organization with the address of my registered agents but I don't think I can use them for an address for the bank, although I have a SSN.
In addition to that I am trying to open the account online because I am far away from the US but this is another issue.....
