With the internet, there are many, many things a young man could do even if he is under the age of 18 to earn money.  Just get on line and check out areas that he is interested in and then narrow it down to what he is interested in.  Where there is a will there is a way even in today's economy.

Hi Brittles, that boy have website related to electronic items, and he want to sell someone else's products, which he buy on wholesale at less rate and also selling other prodcuts and getting commission on that product. He has to start using debt only and then when he get profit, will pay this debt.

I know you were asking about a loan before but I wonder if his new potential business should be started using debt?   What kind of ecommerce website is he trying to start if you don't mind me asking? Will he be selling his own inventory or someone else's?   I only ask because before going into debt, first he needs to find out if what he's selling online will actually sell, i.e., market research which isn't hard to do, just time consuming. Not only that, how he's going to drive traffic to his website. No traffic = no sales.   But having an e-commerce site with no theme in particular can be a tough way to make money online. However, if he knows how to get organic search engine traffic and/or cheap traffic to his website then he might do okay.   Just my 2 cents.
