Hey Peggy!   My first suggestion...add the word GREEN to small business incubator.  You have to ride the wave, be ahead of the curve.  If we are actually going to tackle Global Warming and address the problems of Climate Change, we have to serious turn the world green...anyone up for some reforestation?   I've actually been looking at a building here where I live that I think would make a GREAT Green Business Incubator...even have a entreprenuer interested in space if I go for it, and if he gets some orders (He is working on a business converting cars/trucks to electric).  It is well located...across the street from a Dunkin Donuts...and has ample off street parking which is important in this area.  Did I mention easy access to interstate?   Now if Lord Branson would just give me a $5 Million Dollar green grant so I could buy the building, do a green renovation of it, and put a array of the latest solar panels on the roof I am ready to go...wonder if the staff moderators can tell me where I can find $5 Million for a Green Business Incubator...maybe they could get Congress to earmark it for me?  Hey Congressman John Hall, can you toss me a square?
