I have been detailing cars for over 15 years. And i am finally looking into possibly starting a detailing business. I have researched just about every avenue of financing available. My question is are there any loans/grants available for minorites wanting to start a business and is there anyone on here that can help me with loan /grant applications and business plan writing.

The SBA.gov would be the first place to start your research; I know there are other minority loan programs available, maybe someone can point you in the right direction regarding those.

hi moorebounce1971, Have you tried to search for Loans & Grants on Business.gov? You can just check off the options that apply to your business, and you'll get a list of loans and grants that you may be eligible for. here's the link: Loans & Grants Search Tool We also recently added a 13-part video series on Business Planning tips. Plenty of resources to help you with your business - but, you have to have good credit and low debt ratios. How much are you seeking - there are a lot of resources - if you are seeking under $25K there are more then if you are seeking more that $100K. There are even very small loan programs (under $5K) for those with bad credit.
