Basically i'm looking for information on becoming a business and residential
loan orignator/credit counselor. I will be having lot's of free time in
retirement and I would like to spend it helping famalies and individuals own
a home and start new sucessful business.
Check with your state department of finance. Credit counselors and loan
originators are licensed in most states. Helping others succeed is a great
way to spend your retirement, assuming you meet the licensing requirements.
