There are not many grants for disabled individuals unless you are outfitting your business to service them. If your business is already in operations - there are many sources for small amounts of capital - like peer-to-peer loans or micro credit loans. There are also non-bank lenders that don't have the same high requirements as bank lenders do. There are also equipment lenders that only deal with business equipment - meaning that they have specific programs for start-up businesses. Your best bet would be to find other ways to market your business - there are many ways to market that do not require money - but, they do take your time. Seek out low cost or free ways to market your business.
