Have you found that niche generates the kind of traffic you need through keyword research?  I have learned the hard way that no matter how much you love your idea, if there is not a demand for it, you will go broke.  The other thing is, how many people are already competing for the keywords you will focus on and will you ever get to page 1 of Google organic search for people to find you.  There are a lot of things you need to put in up front for an online business.  Even the domain name is critical.  Do  your research!

If it's going to be focused online, I'd suggest finding other blogs within that niche and any message boards/forums within that niche as well. If you start sharing information with people, they will eventually migrate over to your site as well. It's going to be important for you to create meaningful content on your site as well, not only blogs, but podcasts, video etc. The more information you're able to have on your site the better chance you'll have at people coming back for repeat visits.

I like your business concept. Think about this - get out in your community and start asking current business owners questions - where their anwsers can go on your site - then get out and ask potontial business owners what theri questions would be. Most business owners like to talk about themselves and their businesses - plus, there is never a lack of questions from other entrepreneures. Just remember that it will take time and a lot of work - but it will pay off in the end - don't give up and really keep trying new things until you find the things that work. There is no one single avenue for every business - find the avenue that works best for you.
