I'm located in Tallulah, LA. I want to open a fine dining restaurant with a
nice classy bar inside. I'm in the process of creating my business plan but I
get suck on alot of questions and I have no one in the restaurant industry to
answer my questions. I have been seeking help for the past three weeks and no
luck.

Perhaps you are looking for a mentor in the wrong place. You need to find
someone in another city and/or state, someone who will not view you as
potential competition. Have you looked online for restaurant associations? I
have found some associations to have much information that is useful when
writing a business plan. You may also be able to find a mentor through an
association.
