It is fine to use USA, American, or other terms in your business name as long as you do not give the impression in your marketing materials that your business is connected with the federal government.

It is fine to use USA, American, or other terms in your business name as long as you do not give the impression in your marketing materials that your business is connected with the federal government.
You have to state very clearly in a disclosure page (and preferably also in your home page) that you are a private business.
