My company is registered in Michigan. I am in the process of developing a website that offers Internet marketing services in approximately 100 cities across the US. I recently discovered a product company with the same name operating in another state. My question is how do I preserve my business name in other states? While I could register the company in each state, that is very expensive. Any help will be appreciated.
i think you should either rename it or make a slight diffrence in your business name by changing it. in both cases, it would be better if you let all your clients and potential customers know about the change you made.
