Hi,   I checkd adsubmitter, they have few sites where your ad submit. these partner sites does not have a big impack to your Ad.   Try Adwords according your business, customized with specify area, where your customer living. choose a fair cost & showing clearly what you offer.   These classified sites are totally junk, believe me in my 5 year SEO career, i first time heard about it, no seo professional use this service.
